Actually it's not wrong, but it sounds like fake Chinese speaking in comics.
I think 「〜〜ね」 implies to request agreement from others.
If you want to use 「〜〜ね」,
「今現金持ってないんだよね、カードでもいい？」
seems to be more natural.

I think we also usually get the PAYCHECK by direct-deposit into a bank.
(But I'm sorry if I got it in the wrong way...)

This is really weird expression!
If we interpret the meaning in an effort, it will be like
"I got my paycheck all yesterday (and I've almost never gotten any paycheck in the other days), so I'm loaded now."
But it's very strange, isn't it?
Maybe the correct translation is,
「昨日給料をもらったばっかやから、今はお金持ちや」
It's funny how that sounds like fake Chinese from manga (Japanese comics are usually called manga in English too). I guess it's natural that fake American Japanese is similar to fake Chinese. :)
I think it's important to say get _our_ paychecks by ... This is actually a fairly difficult idiom - if you say the paycheck it really sounds like you are talking about the piece of paper. My paycheck sounds like you're talking about the money.
